Segunda division (Week 27) : Sabadell beats Alavés 2-1
SPAIN, Feb. 28, 2015 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 27: After losing 3-0 to Ponferradina on February 22, Los Saballuts returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Alavés this Saturday.
Sabadell dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Anibal in the 30th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Los Saballuts further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Collantes with just 7 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Deportivo Alavés are down in 12nd place with 32 points from 26 games, 2 points behind CD Mirandés.
