Segunda division (Week 27) : Mallorca beats Barcelona B 4-2
SPAIN, Feb. 28, 2015 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 27: Two wins in a row for Mallorca. After their 3-0 win against Osasuna on February 21, Los Bermellones continued their sensational form in the Segunda division with a 4-2 victory over Barcelona B this Saturday.
Mallorca dominated the first half thanks to goals from Grimaldo ('24 own) and Xisco ('27). Leading 2-1 at the break, Los Bermellones further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Joselu '79/penalty and Asensio '90).
RCD Mallorca climbed to 10th place with 34 points from 27 games, only one point behind CD Numancia, which has a game in hand.
