SPAIN, Apr. 12, 2015 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 33: After two straigth victories against Mirandés and Valladolid, the Blanquivermells lost 2-0 against Las Palmas.
Las Palmas dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Araujo in the 4th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Los Amarillos further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Ortuno in the 67th minute.
UD Las Palmas climbed to second place with 59 points from 33 games, 3 points behind Real Betis, which has a game in hand.
