SPAIN, Apr. 18, 2015 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 34: After four straigth draws, Los Rojiblancos returned to winning ways with a 1-0 victory over Alavés this Saturday.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with a saving goal by Guerrero with just 10 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Real Sporting de Gijon climbed to second place with 62 points from 34 games, 3 points behind Real Betis, which has a game in hand.
