Segunda division (Week 26) : Leganés beats Lugo 2-1
SPAIN, Feb. 20, 2016 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 26: Two wins in a row for Leganés. After their 2-0 win against Osasuna on February 14, Los Pepineros continued their sensational form in the Segunda division with a 2-1 victory over Lugo this Saturday.
Lazaro Borja opened the score in the 28th minute, before seeing Lugo catch up in the 40th minute thanks to Lopez David. 1-1 at half time. Los Pepineros eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Pires Gabriel in the 66th minute.
CD Leganés remains in second place with 46 points from 26 games, one point behind Deportivo Alavés, which has a game in hand.
