Segunda division (Week 21) : Leganés beats Mirandés 4-0
SPAIN, Jan. 17, 2016 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 21: Two wins in a row for Leganés. After their 0-1 win against Llagostera on January 10, Los Pepineros continued their sensational form in the Segunda division with a 4-0 victory over Mirandés this Sunday.
Pena Ruben scored dual goals
Leganés dominated the first half thanks to goals from Pena Ruben ('8, '20) and Szymanowski Alexander ('10). Leading 3-0 at the break, Los Pepineros further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Pires Gabriel in the 69th minute.
CD Leganés climbed to fifth place with 34 points from 21 games, only one point behind CA Osasuna.
