Segunda division (Week 21) : Elche beats Alcorcon 2-0
SPAIN, Jan. 16, 2016 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 21: After three straigth victories against Albacete, Tenerife and Girona, Los Alfareros lost 2-0 against Elche.
Elche dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Moreno Alex in the 34th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Los Franjiverdes further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Leon Sergio in the 72nd minute.
AD Alcorcon are down in fifth place with 34 points from 21 games, tie on points with CA Osasuna, which has a game in hand.
