SPAIN, Jan. 17, 2016 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 21: Two wins in a row for Cordoba. After their 3-1 win against Mallorca on January 10, Los Califas continued their sensational form in the Segunda division with a 1-0 victory over Almeria this Sunday.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with a saving goal by Andone Florin in the 52nd minute.
Cordoba CF remains in second place with 39 points from 21 games, tie on points with Deportivo Alavés.
