Segunda division (Week 22) : Leganés beats Almeria 2-1
SPAIN, Jan. 23, 2016 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 22: Three wins in a row for Leganés. After their success against Llagostera and Mirandés, Los Pepineros continued their sensational form in the Segunda division with a 2-1 victory over Almeria this Saturday.
Leganés dominated the first half thanks to goals from Szymanowski Alexander ('6) and Mantovani Martin ('42). Leading 2-0 at the break, Los Pepineros further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by in the th minute.
CD Leganés climbed to third place with 37 points from 22 games, 2 points behind Cordoba CF, which has a game in hand.
