Segunda division (Week 21) : Numancia defeats Albacete 2-0
SPAIN, Jan. 16, 2016 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 21: After losing 0-1 to Alavés on January 9, Los Numantinos returned to winning ways with a 2-0 victory over Albacete this Saturday.
Numancia dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Callens Alexander in the 42nd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Los Numantinos further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Valcarce Luis in the 51st minute.
CD Numancia climbed to 13rd place with 27 points from 21 games, only one point behind CD Tenerife.
