Segunda division (Week 28) : Cordoba beats Athletic B 2-1
SPAIN, Mar. 5, 2016 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 28: After losing 0-1 to Osasuna on February 27, Los Califas bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Bilbao Athletic this Saturday.
Cordoba dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Andone Florin in the 19th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Los Califas further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Fidel De La Torre on penalty in the 61st minute.
Cordoba CF climbed to fourth place with 46 points from 28 games, tie on points with Real Oviedo.
