SPAIN, May. 8, 2016 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 37: After their 0-0 draw against Elche on April 30 and 0-0 draw against Mallorca on April 30, Los Babazorros bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Valladolid this Sunday.
Valladolid made Alavés doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with goals by Barrereiro Manu ('68) and Llamas Sergio ('85).
Deportivo Alavés remains in second place with 62 points from 37 games, one point behind CD Leganés, which has a game in hand.
