Segunda division (Week 41) : Almeria defeats Mirandés 2-1
SPAIN, May. 29, 2016 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 41: After their 0-0 draw against Llagostera on May 25, Los Rojiblancos bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Mirandés this Sunday.
Almeria dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Uche Kalu in the 8th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Los Rojiblancos further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Morcillo Jorge in the 78th minute.
CD Mirandés remains in 14th place with 52 points from 41 games, 2 points behind CD Lugo.
