SPAIN, May. 29, 2016 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 41: Five wins in a row for Alavés. After their success against Valladolid, Alcorcon, Ponferradina and Bilbao Athletic, Los Babazorros continued their sensational form in the Segunda division with a 2-0 victory over Numancia this Sunday.
All the action happened in the first half, with goals from Garcia Manu ('23) and Garcia Raul ('41).
Deportivo Alavés remains in first place with 74 points from 41 games, a 3-point lead over runner-up CD Leganés.
