SPAIN, Sep. 17, 2016 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 5: After a 3-1 victory over Tenerife on September 3, Los Franjiverdes lost 3-0 against Lugo.
Lugo dominated the first half thanks to goals from Pelegrin Sergio ('17 own) and Campillo Antonio ('35). Leading 2-0 at the break, El Luguiño further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Martinez Igor with just 10 minutes remaining in regulation time.
CD Lugo climbed to fourth place with 6 points from 4 games, only one point behind Cordoba CF.
