Segunda division (Week 5) : Mirandés beats Rayo 2-1
SPAIN, Sep. 18, 2016 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 5: After their 1-1 draw against Getafe on September 11 and 0-0 draw against Real Oviedo on September 11, Los Rojillos returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Rayo Vallecano this Sunday.
Martin Pedro opened the score in the 34th minute, before seeing Rayo Vallecano catch up in the 44th minute thanks to Embarba Adrian. 1-1 at half time. Los Rojillos eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Guarrotxena Iker in the 54th minute.
CD Mirandés climbed to 9th place with 5 points from 3 games, tie on points with SD Huesca.
