Segunda division (Week 18) : Elche and Getafe play out 2-2 draw
SPAIN, Dec. 10, 2016 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 18: The match between Elche and Getafe ended in a frustrating 2-2 draw on Saturday.
Getafe players started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Portillo Francisco ('5) and Molina Jorge ('45). However, even though they were leading 2-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Elche with goals by Fernandez Guillermo ('70) and Nino Juan ('72).
Elche CF remains in third place with 22 points from 16 games, tie on points with Girona FC, which has three games in hand.
