Segunda division (Week 26) : Levante beats Cordoba 3-1
SPAIN, Feb. 18, 2017 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 26: Three wins in a row for Levante. After their success against Gimnastic de Tarragona and Zaragoza, Les Granotes continued their sensational form in the Segunda division with a 3-1 victory over Cordoba this Saturday.
Campana Jose opened the score in the 11th minute, before seeing Cordoba catch up in the 33rd minute thanks to Rodas Hector. 1-1 at half time. Les Granotes eventually won the game in the second period with two more goals by Marti Roger ('66) and Jason Salgueiro ('90).
Levante UD remains in first place with 48 points from 22 games, a 13-point lead over runner-up Girona FC, which has two games in hand.
