Segunda division (Week 14) : Gijon and Valladolid play out 1-1 draw
SPAIN, Nov. 12, 2017 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 14: Sporting Gijon was held to a 1-1 draw by Valladolid on Sunday.
Sporting Gijon players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Scepovic Stefan in the 5th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Valladolid with a saving goal from Luismi Sanchez in the 75th minute.
Real Sporting de Gijon are down in fifth place with 23 points from 14 games, tie on points with Granada CF.
