ITALY, Oct. 26, 2014 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 8: AC Milan was held to a 1-1 draw by Fiorentina on Sunday.
AC Milan players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Dutch midfielder Nigel de Jong in the 25th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Fiorentina with a saving goal from Slovenian midfielder Josip Iličić in the 64th minute.
AC Milan are down in 6th place with 15 points from 8 games, tie on points with Lazio.
