Serie A (Week 13) : Sassuolo beats Verona 2-1
ITALY, Nov. 29, 2014 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 13: Two wins in a row for Sassuolo. After their 0-1 win against Torino on November 23, the Neroverdi continued their sensational form in the Serie A with a 2-1 victory over Hellas Verona this Saturday.
Hellas Verona had started off well by taking the lead in the 7th minute with a goal by Moras. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Neroverdi nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Sansone '50 and Taider '77).
US Sassuolo Calcio climbed to 9th place with 18 points from 13 games, tie on points with Udinese, which has a game in hand.
