Serie A (Week 14) : Atalanta beats Cesena 3-2
ITALY, Dec. 7, 2014 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 14: After their 0-0 draw against Empoli on November 30, La Dea returned to winning ways with a 3-2 victory over Cesena this Sunday.
Cesena had started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Defrel ('31, '43), while Atalanta only scored once Benalouane ('45). Trailing 2-1 at half time, La Dea nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Stendardo '50 and Moralez '52).
Atalanta BC climbed to 15th place with 14 points from 14 games, tie on points with Hellas Verona, which has a game in hand.
