Serie A (Week 17) : Juve hold Inter to 1-1
ITALY, Jan. 6, 2015 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 17: Juventus was held to a 1-1 draw by Inter Milan on Tuesday.
Juventus players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Argentine forward Carlos Tévez in the 5th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Inter Milan with a saving goal from Argentine forward Mauro Icardi in the 64th minute.
Juventus remains in first place with 40 points from 17 games, one point ahead of runner-up AS Roma.
