Serie A (Week 18) : Roma and Lazio play out 2-2 draw
ITALY, Jan. 11, 2015 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 18: The match between AS Roma and Lazio ended in a frustrating 2-2 draw on Sunday.
Lazio players started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Mauri ('25) and Anderson ('29). However, even though they were leading 2-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by AS Roma with dual goals from AS Roma forward Francesco Totti ('48 and '64.
AS Roma remains in second place with 40 points from 18 games, tie on points with Juventus, which has a game in hand.
