ITALY, Apr. 30, 2015 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 33: After three straigth victories against Fiorentina, Cagliari and Sampdoria, the Partenopei lost 4-2 against Empoli.
Empoli dominated the first half thanks to goals from Maccarone ('8), Britos ('43 own) and Saponara ('45). Leading 3-0 at the break, the Azzurri further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Albiol into his own net with just 8 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Napoli remains in fourth place with 56 points from 33 games, 5 points behind AS Roma.
