ITALY, May. 3, 2015 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 34: After four straigth defeats, the Viola returned to winning ways with a 3-1 victory over Cesena this Sunday.
Josip Iličić scored dual goals
Fiorentina dominated the first half thanks to goals from Iličić ('31 on penalty, '35). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Viola further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Gilardino in the 56th minute.
ACF Fiorentina climbed to fifth place with 52 points from 34 games, 4 points behind Napoli, which has a game in hand.
