Serie A (Week 35) : Sassuolo defeats Cesena 3-2
ITALY, May. 10, 2015 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 35: After their 0-0 draw against Palermo on May 2, the Neroverdi returned to winning ways with a 3-2 victory over Cesena this Sunday.
Cesena had started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Defrel ('15) and Brienza ('29). Trailing 2-0 at half time, the Neroverdi nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring three times in the second period (Zaza '48, Taïder '51 and Missiroli '69).
US Sassuolo Calcio remains in 16th place with 40 points from 35 games, one point behind Hellas Verona.
