ITALY, May. 11, 2015 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 35: After losing 2-0 to AS Roma on May 3, Grifone bounced back with a 5-1 victory over Torino this Monday.
Costa scored dual goals
Genoa dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Spanish forward Iago Falqué in the 18th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Grifone further widened their lead in the second period by scoring four times (Costa '69, '90, Bertolacci '87 and Pavoletti '90).
Genoa CFC remains in 7th place with 53 points from 35 games, one point behind UC Sampdoria.
