ITALY, May. 10, 2015 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 35: Two wins in a row for Fiorentina. After their 3-1 win against Cesena on May 3, the Viola continued their sensational form in the Serie A with a 3-2 victory over Empoli this Sunday.
Josip Iličić scored dual goals
Fiorentina midfielder Josip Iličić opened the score in the 4th minute, before seeing Empoli catch up in the 28th minute thanks to Riccardo Saponara. 1-1 at half time. The Viola eventually won the game in the second period with two more goals by Salah ('57) and Iličić ('68).
ACF Fiorentina remains in fifth place with 55 points from 35 games, 5 points behind Napoli.
