Serie A (Week 25) : Fiorentina defeats Inter 2-1
ITALY, Feb. 14, 2016 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 25: After their 1-1 draw against Bologna on February 6, the Viola bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Inter Milan this Sunday.
Inter Milan had started off well by taking the lead in the 26th minute with a goal by Croatian midfielder Marcelo Brozović. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Viola nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Valero '60 and Babacar '90).
ACF Fiorentina remains in third place with 49 points from 25 games, 7 points behind Napoli.
