Serie A (Week 24) : Verona hold Inter to 3-3
ITALY, Feb. 7, 2016 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 24: Inter Milan was held to a 3-3 draw by Hellas Verona on Sunday.
Hellas Verona players started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Helander Filip ('13) and Pisano ('16) while Inter Milan only scored once Murillo ('8). However, even though they were leading 2-1 at half time, and despite Ioniţă goal ('57) in the second period, they could not prevent a comeback by Inter Milan with goals by Mauro Icardi ('61) and Ivan Perisic ('78).
Inter Milan remains in fourth place with 45 points from 24 games, one point behind ACF Fiorentina.
