Serie A (Week 29) : Carpi defeats Frosinone 2-1
ITALY, Mar. 13, 2016 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 29: After three straigth draws, the Biancorossi returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Frosinone this Sunday.
Carpi dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Bianco Raffaele in the 27th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Biancorossi further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by De Guzman Jonathan on penalty seconds before the end of regulation.
Frosinone Calcio remains in 18th place with 26 points from 29 games, one point behind Palermo, which has a game in hand.
