Serie A (Week 29) : Fiorentina draw 1-1 with Verona
ITALY, Mar. 13, 2016 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 29: Fiorentina was held to a 1-1 draw by Hellas Verona on Sunday.
Fiorentina players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Argentine forward Mauro Zárate in the 40th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Hellas Verona with a saving goal from Hellas Verona defender Eros Pisano in the 86th minute.
ACF Fiorentina remains in fourth place with 54 points from 29 games, 5 points behind AS Roma.
