Serie A (Week 33) : Juve defeats Palermo 4-0
ITALY, Apr. 17, 2016 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 33: 7 wins in a row for Juventus. After their success against Inter Milan, Atalanta, Sassuolo, Torino, Empoli and AC Milan, La Vecchia Signora continued their sensational form in the Serie A with a 4-0 victory over Palermo this Sunday.
Juventus dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by German midfielder Sami Khedira in the 10th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, La Vecchia Signora further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Pogba '71, Cuadrado '74 and Padoin '89).
Juventus remains in first place with 79 points from 33 games, a 9-point lead over runner-up Napoli.
