ITALY, Sep. 21, 2016 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 5: After losing 3-1 to Napoli on September 17, the Rossoblu returned to winning ways with a 2-0 victory over Sampdoria this Wednesday.
Bologna dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by midfielder Simone Verdi in the 45th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Rossoblu further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Destro in the 50th minute.
Bologna FC 1909 climbed to fourth place with 9 points from 5 games, tie on points with AC Milan.
