ITALY, Sep. 21, 2016 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 5: After losing 2-1 to Inter Milan on September 18, La Vecchia Signora bounced back with a 4-0 victory over Cagliari this Wednesday.
Juventus dominated the first half thanks to goals from Rugani ('14), Higuaín ('33) and Alves ('39). Leading 3-0 at the break, La Vecchia Signora further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Ceppitelli Luca into his own net with just 6 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Juventus climbed to first place with 12 points from 5 games, one point ahead of runner-up Napoli.
