Serie B (Week 21) : Avellino beats Brescia 2-0
ITALY, Dec. 28, 2014 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 21: After losing 4-1 to Trapani on December 24, the Lupi returned to winning ways with a 2-0 victory over Brescia this Sunday.
Avellino dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Castaldo in the 39th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Lupi further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Arini in stoppage time.
AS Avellino 1912 climbed to fifth place with 32 points from 21 games, only one point behind Spezia Calcio.
