Serie B (Week 22) : Livorno defeats Carpi 2-1
ITALY, Jan. 18, 2015 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 22: After two straigth victories against Perugia and Catania, the Biancorossi lost 2-1 against Livorno.
Livorno dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Luci in the 17th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Amaranto further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Vantaggiato in the 53rd minute.
Carpi FC 1909 remains in first place with 43 points from 22 games, a 9-point lead over runner-up Frosinone Calcio.
