Serie B (Week 28) : Brescia beats Varese 2-1
ITALY, Feb. 28, 2015 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 28: After three straigth defeats, the Rondinelle returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Varese this Saturday.
Benali opened the score in the 5th minute, before seeing Varese catch up in the 25th minute thanks to Borghese. 1-1 at half time. The Rondinelle eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Quaggiotto in the 74th minute.
Brescia Calcio climbed to 16th place with 32 points from 28 games, only one point behind Trapani Calcio.
