Serie B (Week 41) : Pescara defeats Modena 5-2
ITALY, May. 14, 2016 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 41: Two wins in a row for Pescara. After their 4-0 win against Virtus Lanciano on May 8, the Delfini continued their sensational form in the Serie B with a 5-2 victory over Modena this Saturday.
Lapadula Gianluca scored dual goals
Bentivoglio Simone opened the score in the 7th minute, before seeing Pescara catch up in the 35th minute thanks to Caprari Gianluca. 1-1 at half time. The Delfini eventually won the game in the second period with four more goals by Benali Ahmad ('46), Lapadula Gianluca ('63, '90) and Memushaj Ledian ('81).
Pescara Calcio remains in third place with 71 points from 41 games, 8 points behind FC Crotone.
