Serie B (Week 2) : Salernitana and Verona play out 1-1 draw
ITALY, Sep. 4, 2016 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 2: Hellas Verona was held to a 1-1 draw by Salernitana on Sunday.
Hellas Verona players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Ganz Simone in the 6th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Salernitana with a saving goal from Coda Massimo in the 61st minute.
Hellas Verona are down in second place with 4 points from 2 games, 2 points behind AS Cittadella.
