ITALY, Sep. 10, 2016 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 3: The match between Ascoli and SPAL ended in a 1-1 draw on Saturday.
SPAL players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Pontisso Simone in the 29th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Ascoli with a saving goal from Cacia Daniele in the 76th minute.
SPAL Ferrara remains in 6th place with 4 points from 3 games, tie on points with Hellas Verona.
