ITALY, Oct. 9, 2016 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 8: After two straigth victories against Bari and Novara, the Stregoni lost 2-1 against Salernitana.
Salernitana dominated the first half thanks to goals from Della Rocca Francesco ('31) and Felipe Luiz ('42). Leading 2-0 at the break, I Granata further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by in the th minute.
Benevento Calcio remains in third place with 15 points from 8 games, 2 points behind Hellas Verona.
