ITALY, Oct. 8, 2016 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 8: After a 0-2 victory over Trapani on October 1, Citta lost 3-2 against Frosinone.
Frosinone dominated the first half thanks to goals from Pryima Vasyl ('17) and Paganini Luca ('37). Leading 2-1 at the break, the Canarini further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Ciofani Daniel in the 47th minute.
AS Cittadella remains in first place with 18 points from 8 games, a 2-point lead over runner-up Hellas Verona, which has a game in hand.
