Serie B (Week 8) : Verona and Brescia play out 2-2 draw
ITALY, Oct. 9, 2016 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 8: Hellas Verona was held to a 2-2 draw by Brescia on Sunday.
Brescia players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Caracciolo Andrea in the 22nd minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, and despite Torregrossa Ernesto goal ('55) in the second period, they could not prevent a comeback by Hellas Verona with dual goals from Pazzini Giampaolo ('52 and '73/penalty.
Hellas Verona remains in second place with 17 points from 8 games, one point behind AS Cittadella.
