Serie B (Week 39) : Verona defeats Vicenza 3-2
ITALY, May. 1, 2017 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 39: After their 1-1 draw against Perugia on April 25, the Gialloblu bounced back with a 3-2 victory over Vicenza this Monday.
Siligardi Luca opened the score in the 20th minute, before seeing Vicenza catch up in the 33rd minute thanks to Bellomo Nicola. 1-1 at half time. The Gialloblu eventually won the game in the second period with two more goals by Bessa Daniel ('88) and Romulo Caldeira ('90).
Hellas Verona remains in second place with 69 points from 39 games, 5 points behind SPAL Ferrara.
