Serie B (Week 39) : Frosinone beats Salernitana 3-1
ITALY, May. 1, 2017 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 39: Two wins in a row for Frosinone. After their 2-0 win against Spezia on April 25, the Canarini continued their sensational form in the Serie B with a 3-1 victory over Salernitana this Monday.
Frosinone dominated the first half thanks to goals from Mazzotta Antonio ('8), Bittante Luca ('16 own) and Ciofani Daniel ('45 on penalty). Leading 3-0 at the break, the Canarini further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by in the th minute.
Frosinone Calcio remains in third place with 68 points from 39 games, one point behind Hellas Verona.
