ITALY, May. 6, 2017 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 40: After their 0-0 draw against Ternana on April 29, the Biancorossi returned to winning ways with a 2-0 victory over Salernitana this Saturday.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with goals by Bianco Raffaele ('73 on penalty) and Lasagna Kevin ('75).
Carpi FC 1909 climbed to 6th place with 58 points from 40 games, 2 points behind Benevento Calcio.
