ITALY, Sep. 30, 2017 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 7: After losing 0-1 to Parma on September 23, Lagunari bounced back with a 3-2 victory over Ternana this Saturday.
Venezia dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Zigoni Gianmarco in the 2nd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Lagunari further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Pizzari Alessandro '57/own and Domizzi Maurizio '90).
Venezia FC climbed to 9th place with 10 points from 7 games, tie on points with AS Cittadella.
