All the action happened in the first half, with goals from Peter Lorimer ('26) and Joe Jordan ('34).
The result put the Scot top of Group B with 2 points. In their next game, Scotland will meet second-placed Brazil at the Westfalenstadion on June 18, while Zaire will face Yugoslavia.
